I didnât like the fact that they will charge your insurance company a 362.85 supplement amount. The whole time I felt like they was getting over on me because they gave me an estimate for one thing then turned around and gave me other one.

I was not greeted at the door she looked at me with a straight face. Also calling people baby and suger does not make up for bad customer service. Everyone does not want to be called that.

They have very good customer service skills. They offered me coffee in the morning and water in the afternoon. They changed the television so could watch CNN. One of the guys assisted me by taking my key off the ring. I was unable to due to my nails. They were pleasant and greeted me that morning when I left my car and in the afternoon when I picked up my car.
