I have to admit, I was nervous about choosing this collision center after reading some of the negative reviews on Google. However, my experience could not have been more positive, and I am so glad I entrusted them with my 2024 Lexus NX. From the moment I walked in, Mrs. Faith was professional and informative, putting my mind at ease. What truly stood out, though, was the level of communication I received throughout the process. I was updated several times a week on the status of the repairs, which gave me peace of mind and kept me in the loop. I have to give special recognition to Mrs. Faith. She was absolutely the best! Her calm and kind demeanor made an already stressful situation much more manageable. After all, having an accident with a new vehicle after just seven days is not easy, but Mrs. Faith’s professionalism and empathy made all the difference. I would highly recommend this collision center to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you for turning a difficult experience into a positive one!
