C&L Auto Body is an MSO with 11 locations throughout Morris, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. All of our shops are equipped with all the latest equipment to repair today’s automobiles. We offer Down draft spray booths set up for environmentally friendly Waterborne paints. We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. My Experience

I brought my car to C&L Auto Body in Plainfield after a minor accident, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team was professional and made the entire process completely stress-free by helping coordinate my rental car drop-off and pickup right at the shop. They kept me updated with daily progress reports, and the work was finished much earlier than promised. The paint match is 100% seamless—you’d never know there was ever damage—and they even handed the car back detailed and clean inside and out. My car looks brand new! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, C&L maintained the highest level of professionalism. I truly appreciated how they kept me informed every other day about the progress of my car and when I could expect it to be completed. My truck was taken for repairs due to car accident, and they did not follow up the procedure because the part installed was not what they were supposed to installed due to touching my rear tailgate and the part seems to be the cheapest one in the website. Also, on the day when they called to informed me that the truck was ready for pick up the lady was rude on the phone with threats that if I don't pick up the truck the way they fixed it, I would be charge daily for storage. I did not have any other option so i went to pick up my truck.

The repairs on my RAV 4 was very good. My only wish that the side that wasn’t damaged would have been replaced after discussing it with me. I would have been willing to pay out of pocket.

Took two weeks to replace a simple plastic part when i simply could’ve dropped the vehicle off when the part arrived instead of holding my vehicle. And on top of that didn’t replace the main part that i showed was damaged, you can see they marked the part with a marker and never replaced it.
