We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. The heat doesn’t work, the car immediately leaks all engine coolant from it thus rendering it undriveable. Also C and L won’t even look at it until Tuesday 12/27 leaving me with no car for another week.

Honestly, 10 is too low a number. I personally spoke with Jennifer several times and she was outstanding. All of us must deal with Customer service at some point and there are varying levels and mist just don't care or are unresponsive. Jen is nothing like that. She updates you along the way and is accurate as far as timing. If she says she is going to call you-SHE DOES! I could use someone like her, C&L owners, make sure you are paying her well, she's worth every dime and more.

The car came back still dented, and sone kind of stuck on grime, that looks like tape, and it won't cone off. So, I'm very dissatisfied

Everything about my experience was pleasant! When I arrived to drop my car off Enterprise was ready and waiting for me with a rental car and the staff at C& L were fabulous. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, thorough and informative. I was very impressed with their overall operation and would certainly do business with them again. Every step was easy quick and painless.
