All of our shops are equipped with all the latest equipment to repair today’s automobiles. We offer Down draft spray booths set up for environmentally friendly Waterborne paints. We use the latest technologies, including eight modern frame machines outfitted with the latest vision computerized frame measuring system for factory spec repairs and a computerized four-wheel alignment system. The paint and body work was phenomenal and better than I was expecting, matching new paint with old paint is hard. They blended the new paint to be basically indistinguishable from the original older paint on the car. I would have given a rating of 10, but after getting home I found dirt and smudges on my seats from the body work, so just work a little cleaner is my only feed back.

Very simple. Nothing was fixed right. Paint blisters in freshly painted paint, scratch Marie’s from buffing on new paint, parts not installed right and some scratches not fixed. Worst body work I have ever seen and we are still not done with this. I would love for someone higher up in travelers to contact me. Eyal Golan 845-461-3088

Generally employees were nice and kind to deal with, regional manager is rude, had sub par explanations to why they didn’t do a good job. Like his employees are not paid enough and they are not a Porsche dealership and other nonsense like they are just a shop owner hat works with insurance companies. What does it says about travelers???

Overall very easy to work with and great job on the repair. Only frustration was that they didn’t check wheel alignment (they said no visible damage) so we had to return after our initial pick up. Would definitely use them again.
