The team in that location are so nice. I drive 45 minutes to go to that location because they had did work to my son’s car and it looked like the day we pulled off the parking lot at the dealership. Scott is excellent he manages to get my car done a week ahead so I wouldn’t be without one. Dawn is wonderful so polite and tried to make everything go smoothly and makes sure you are happy. I have a Calibur Collison right by my work and I wouldn’t take a piece of scrap metal there. Horrible service horrible personality and horrible attitude. So driving out of my way for the right kind of service meant everything to me.

Had my Honda Accord Sport repaired here after damage to the hood and front bumper. Dropped it off on the July 2nd and had it back by july 10th. Steve from Caliber kept me updated throughout and made the whole process easy, and Doug and the tech team did excellent work on the actual repair. The car looks brand new, panel gaps and paint match are spot on. They also coordinated directly with my insurance agent, so I didn’t have to manage that back and forth myself. Would trust them again with any bodywork.

The repair looks great but I noticed that something happened to the cap on my truck bed. It was kinda off kilter and caused the paint to rub a bit.
