Shop did a very good job of communicating and the repair. There was more “hidden damage” once taken apart. So repair went a little long. The shop kept me up to date the entire time.

Lauren was great! She took the time to walk me through the process and what to expect. She explained everything to me that they would be doing to my car and was super flexible when it came to my indecisiveness about scheduling. I was updated throughout the entire process and the repair was done much quicker than the week estimate I was given. The work that was performed was excellent and my car looks better than when I first purchased it. I love the lifetime warranty Caliber provides and the small touches like washing and cleaning my car before giving it back definitely goes a long way. If I ever have any work that needs to be done in the future I’ll definitely be coming back.
