Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my Hyundai Tucson. There was mechanical damage on the underside of the car due to unavoidably running over a large piece of sheet metal that fell off a truck in front of me. This repair was handled through my insurance. Caliber replaced a mangled heat shield and replaced mounting hardware as needed. They also did a full inspection and adjustments as needed under the car to ensure I had a rattle-free car when they were finished. Caliber also sent my car out for an alignment to adjust for any issues the impact and dragging of the truck sheet metal may have caused. While my car was at Caliber , I also elected to have some miscellaneous accumulated door dings repaired at my own cost. Caliber brought in a paintless dent repair subcontractor to fix one large dent on the driver’s door, which saved me a lot of money over redoing the entire door. Work on the front passenger door was more extensive, and required filling a substantial dent, restoring the contour, repainting the door, removing and replacing plastic trim, and redoing the paint stripe. All the work was performed professionally and in just a few days. My car was ready on time and when expected. Caliber staff member Lauren kept me apprised of the progress while my car was at their shop. The repairs are invisible and the repaired areas look showroom new. I am extremely happy with the completed work. Caliber staff member Lauren was very friendly and helpful. She performed the initial under-car evaluation and photography, estimates and scheduling. She also handled all coordination with my insurance company with no problems. Staff member Melissa also helped answer questions as needed. Caliber repair and painting techs obviously clearly demonstrated their expertise in the quality of the finished job. My car was returned to me in perfect condition, washed and dried, with the interior vacuumed. Thank you to all the wonderful Caliber staff who made it happen - Yea!! My husband and I have been bringing our cars to this particular Caliber location (formerly T&S Autobody) for over 25 years. Repairs have included everything from major deer strikes to a shutter blowing off our house and bouncing across the hood of my car. We have always been satisfied with the repair work and the competence and friendliness of the staff. We would not go anywhere else.

The job turned out great! Looks better than new. Melissa in the office was amazing. She answered all my questions and was very helpful and understanding.
