I believe that they did an excellent job on my RAV4 they want and beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend them to someone else in need. I want back to them several times when they had my RAV4 to check the progress, they were courteous and kind to show me every step of the way. They never got irritated of me stopping by to check my car.

Caliber Collision is the model of excellent customer service. I was extremely impressed by the the follow-ups I received on the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. I didn't have to call once about my vehicle. When I saw the completed repairs I could only say WOW! You would never know my fender was damaged. The inside was clean and the gentleman handing me my key was very personable. He even mention checking my rental to make sure I hadn't left anything in it. I would highly recommend using Caliber Collision to anyone.
