Communication could be a little better. I was given an estimated completion date of 10/31/19 but it wasn't completed until 11/11/19. I was not given any notice or correspondence of it being later. They did a great job on the vehicle but I had to call to get updated on the status and progress.

I was told that I would have my oil change , tire rotation and check engine light looked at then later told that I couldn’t get it done , I felt uncomfortable leaving my keys in the box because it was full and the envelopes were sticking out

Communication was clear and frequent without being overbearing, and there were no problems working with my insurance company. Of course, my car looks as good as it did before it was hit, and was cleaned inside and out to boot. Thank you!

.y car was at your shop past 2 weeks and then when I went to pick it up the bumper was search upped, had to take it back today to reduce the bumper. Very disappointed

The service while in the shop was great. The communication during the entire process was awful. I was given conflicting information from the call center and the locations. I was under the impression (because of this information that my car was in one shop when it was in another). The shop that had my car NEVER called me, and I had to place 3 calls to the shop before getting a return phone call from someone with actual information about my car. I was not called to be told my car had arrived. I never did get a satisfactory answer as to why I was told by the call center that the location working on my car was not certified to work on my make of car.

Job done well. However the next time we take a car in we would like to be there when the estimate is being conducted, this was not done. I had to call the next day for the dollar amount in repair cost. We just dropped the car off the day by COB . Great Job Thanks Mr Singh
