It’s always a bit unnerving to choose to work with a repair shop you’ve never used before, However, after my experience at Caliber, I would definitely recommend this shop. Bob even made sure my car was freshly washed when I picked it up, and the other faded trim sections which were not replaced were cleaned and conditioned so everything matched. The shop went above and beyond, and I didn’t expect that. They might have even waxed my car, not sure. All I know is that it looked very, very good when I picked it up.

Bob and Cherry were very pleasant to work with, and Bob kept me updated frequently with the progress on and status of my vehicle. He was alert throughout the repair, and when he discovered an additional part that was damaged, he added it to the claim.
