When you think about it no one looks forward to going to the Mechanic. There’s a fear of dishonesty and lack of quality of work and poor communication . My experience was nothing like that. I was so impressed with Donny and the staff! Their attention to detail and ability to keep me informed through every step of the way reassured me that I was in good hands. My car looked brand new when I picked it up I can actually be the first person to say I look forward to going to the Mechanic.

We had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. Donny , who was gentleman who handled my husband’s truck was exceptional. It was obvious he was an expert in his field. He was incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and professional, and he took the time to explain every step of the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. His expertise immediately gave us confidence that our truck was in the best hands. The woman in the office was just as wonderful. She thoroughly explained the after-care instructions and warranty information, making sure we understood everything before we left. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. From the moment we dropped off the truck, we received text message updates every step of the way. We always knew exactly where things stood, and that level of communication made the entire experience stress-free. The repairs were also completed much faster than we expected. We had heard that Nissan parts can sometimes take quite a while to arrive, so we anticipated a long wait. Instead, Caliber Collision completed the repairs in an impressively timely manner without compromising quality. Excellent customer service, true expertise, clear communication, and quality work this team exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Caliber Collision and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
