This welcoming atmosphere! Absolutely the most pleasantly extraordinary customer service I've ever had the pleasure to experience. The new manager was the first to warmly greet me with a cup of coffee for the short wait. Ivan was professionally attentive, thorough, respectful, and communicated every step of the way! I can't forget Brooke..just amazing! I give Caliber a 9/10 only because there were no coffee lids..I'm a lady😊 Thanks for providing quality customer service!!!

They did a great job. They sent me texts along the way describing the progress. I had an appt on October 1. When I got there, they said they were way behind and could I come back in two weeks. They upset me but once I took it in they were fast.

I don't feel the overall estimate was completed by qualified personnel. I had to extend 3.5 weeks on rental car, but kudos to Tracy for dropping my deductible to help with added expense.

Besides the main contact rep being a little short on the phone, not sure if he was having a couple bads days or not. Everyone else was great. The receptionist was awesome and the new hire lady was as well.
