Excellent to work with but still working on the issue of the rear view (back-up camera) system not working. The camera to show the rear view when in reverse was working when it went in to be worke4d on but was not working after picking up the vehicle. Caliber has had the car back to check the system but has not yet been able to find the problem and get the system working.

I’m very impressed with the results and the excellent work ethic. I received regular updates on the progress of the work. Bob has high standards and did not settle for substandard results. My car was also immaculate when it was returned to me.

The periodic texts to update progress were helpful and appreciated! I always felt like whoever I talked to knew who I was and remembered me, which is so nice. Also, my car was nicely clean when I picked it up. You all have an efficient way of communicating in person (detailed pertinent info, without going on and on -haha!) and handling the process— great job, and thank you!

They seem to have done good work (much of the repair was behind the grill and not visible). What’s visible looks very good. I was very pleased with their communication and responsiveness anytime I called or had a question.
