I had great customer service from the time I dropped my car off till tue time I picked it up. I was kept up to date during the whole process. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new. I am completely satisfied and will recommend Caliber with no reservations!

The work done was quality plus! I was kept informed of what was going on with my car the entire time. Travelers requested some used parts so it took a little more time but if it saved money that is fine. I was very satisfied with both Travelers and caliber collision but I’m glad to have my car back.
