It took 2 months to repair less than $5k damage, bumper and hood don’t align, turbos don’t work, despite me asking multiple times to have them checked after they fixed cooling.

Had to remind them about the wheel and tire, had to remind about the turbo, they replaced my brand new battery with 3 year warranty, instead of disengaging it while car was 2 months in shop. The only good thing is I was able to pick up car on Saturday.

Its not really an issue on your end why its not a 10 its more toward how Geico was handled. They entered the picture and slowed down everything. A 2-4 turnaround time was turned into a month an a half of waiting. So that was very disappointing. But I do like the work you did! And your staff is very friendly and responsive!
