Excellent communication. Everyone worked so well together. They called Enterprise to take me to get my car rental and to pick up the car after my car was repaired. The repair was beautiful! I can't tell anything ever happened. Highly recommend

I'm not sure, because it still is unfinished. 2 windshields, 3 headliners, and other issues along the way. Everyone in the office have been kind and helpful, but I'm extremely frustrated with whatever is going on in the shop. I chose Caliber because I wanted the best and everything to be done right. I'm second guessing that decision.

73 days to fix 5,000$ of hail damage. He first 30 days I was told the vehicle was done and ready to pick up when I arrived none of the damage was repaired. I was without transportation for 73 days.

The personnel at Caliber were all very professional. Our vehicle was repaired much sooner than we expected, and the work in the area of damage was amazing! They even washed our vehicle and cleaned the inside as though it had been detailed. If your vehicle has been damaged, don't look any further than Caliber Collision. A special thanks to Scott and Jessica for making our experience at Caliber very pleasant.

I was greeted by my name by Jessica when I walked in the door. I was introduced to Amber, who was very thorough in assessing the damage to my vehicle. I received updates during the repair process and felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Upon picking my vehicle up, Amber made sure that I was 100% satisfied with their work.
