I was very happy with the service. I did get my car back with the interior covered in a very thick layer of dust. It took a while to clean. I would have appreciated a vacuum to at least the seats so my work pants didn’t get dirty.

First time using the shop and it was amazing! From the moment I stepped in, Cherry was welcoming and explained everything. Cherry called Enterprise to make sure the rental car was on its way. I got text alerts the whole time with updates on the car. The car was repaired before projected date given and pick up with ease. The repairs were amazing and felt like my car was taken care of! Dropped the rental car keys off with Cherry and she took care of that. Absolutely amazing experience and highly recommend!! Thank you Caliber.

The repairs were done so fast. My car was so clean when I picked it up, and every person in you building was very kind and helpful.

I dropped off my car January 27 with a small repair to the back bumper. The estimated completion date was already was February 21st. It repeatedly got pushed back and did not get completed until march 13th. No one apologized or explained reasoning other than text messages that updated the estimated date of completion based on their convenience. On top of that, the day it was completed my tired was flat when I was to pick it up. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. I was without a car for over 2 weeks due to not being able to afford a rental car once my insurance coverage maxed out. The shop was aware and made no effort to expedite the repair.
