I was happy with how everything was handled, however, the seatbelt still is making noises. Since it was from the accident it should have been fixed. It’s a safety feature and should be 100% working. Other than that, the body work was fantastic and I was updated throughout the process which was very nice.

Caliber Collision is the most dependable and knowledgeable collision company I have ever worked with. When you meet Heath you immediately know that no matter how busy Caliber Collision is, your automobile has become his priority. Liz, at the front desk, was amazing and kept me informed daily. The repairs on my car were completed on time with my 3 year old Mercedes looking new.
