The shop they sent my 2026 Acura Integra Type S to for alignment scratched all 4 of my wheels and gouged the one I had just purchased from the dealer for $550. I will not use Caliber again for any of my vehicles again.

The overall work was great and done in timely fashion, the only negative was the rear bumper was replaced and the old bumper guard was pulled and placed on the new bumper with tape that is already separating

Work was great on my vehicle, my actual repair bill going up over 100% of my online estimate was a shocker. All the employee's I dealt with were very friendly and they did a great job getting my truck to look like new. I understand its called an estimate for a reason, and adjustments up or down or expected, but I was pretty shocked at how much the estimate was off the actual repair bill.
