I don't know to say good or bad. All I know is my car was towed there then I was told Caliber doesn't have the right "clamps" to evaluate the vehicle. Then towed to Lenny's who gave me an evaluation of the car. All I noticed that my black Audi grill piece was gone and I don't know where it went when I went to finish cleaning out the car. I had no contact with Caliber. Not upset but it's what I noticed.
