5 or 6 years ago you repaired our 2012 Toyota when we were hit by a deer. We were very happy with that repair and we were confident you would handle this one with the same care! We still have the 2012 in addition to the 2019.

This was my first experience with caliber collision. The experience was first rate. Every step of the process from initial assessment to the actual work to the pick up procedure was outstanding. Liz could not have been more helpful. She kept us informed with follow up phone calls to let us know the progress of the repairs. Her customer service skills are excellent. The workmanship on the repairs look great and they even detailed the vehicle inside and out. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

They exceeded all of my expectations. They communicated on a regular basis and assisted me with getting information from the insurance company that the insurance company failed to send over after two requests. Additionally, the insurance company didn’t set up a rental car for me and Caliber assisted with having them contact me to get a car set up.
