I was surprised at the fact that my insurance company recommended using recycled replacement parts instead of OEM parts but that has nothing to do with the repair work done. My bigger concern is that the replacement hood they suggested has two indents for where a hood emblem would go and it looks like the paint isn’t the greatest on that spot so it may rust in the future.

Liz did a great job of keeping me updated every two or three days or when major work was done and the manager was quick to return my call after I noticed the spare rim that was on the car during the accident had not been replaced even though it had visible damage. Steve was easy to work with in getting this resolved.
