The work done on my car was impeccable. It feels brand new. I am so glad I no longer have a visual reminder of my car accident. James and Liz were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had two other shops look at my car. I chose Caliber Collision because of the service Liz gave me. She gives the best customer service I have ever received at any type of car service. I was told car would be ready on Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, and finally got it on Thursday. I can understand unforeseen delays, but a tire needed to be replaced and availability of the tire was not checked on until Wednesday. Totally unacceptable.
