My wife's car took 2 months to repair. It was one month longer than what was scheduled for the repair. When we finally got it back there were two new scratches on both the front driver and front passenger fenders. Bee scratches were actually tooling marks like if somebody laid a huge panel on the side of the front and the left and right fender The battery was completely dead. We were able to get it started before we left but I wound up having to replace the battery because it was broken. The interior of the car looks fine but now wind noise is horrible inside the vehicle. We also have a constant rapid flashing indicating that there's a problem with one of the connections to the lighting of the vehicle

Everyone I spoke to at Caliber was helpful and kind. They took very good care of my car and even cleaned the inside and out which I greatly appreciated. If I have future auto body work I will definitely come back to Caliber.

The drop off process and getting a rental was extremely easy. We got constant updates about the status of the car, which was nice. A few small problems they called about and we worked through. The work on the car is very well done, so we have zero complaints about that. The staff was great to work with and were as helpful as possible when we had questions. No complaints.
