I would suggest that the company look how they handle staff emergency leave issues in the future so that work on a repair doesn’t completely have to stop when one technician is out.

I was disappointed that there are still scratches on the tailgate that should have been fixed, detailing made mess inside with greasy substance and tears in leather on door
