I picked up my vehicle on 12/2 and so far it has driven fine. It was actually a week later then promised but looks and handles Ok so far. My POC,Matt, was easy to deal with and kept me informed of any changes or updates

Things were a little slower than I anticipated, but David was awesome at calling to let me know why, and it was always an issue with the supplier. Caliber did everything they needed to and got me my car back as quickly as possible, taking care of all issues.

Repair took 7 weeks. I called every week. Caliber never returned calls. In fact, caliber called only one time, and that was a call back.

Matt was the gentleman who was assigned to assist us. Even though the repairs took a bit longer than expected, he kept in touch to let us know how the repairs were coming along, and the vehicle was finished on time exactly as he verbalized to us.
