Beautiful work done in a very timely fashion. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Way better experience than I have had with other auto body shops that kept my car for 3 weeks before they even started working on it.

Very unprofessional the guy I delt with yelled at me because he was overwhelmed with HIS job. He was apparently new and our car was his first he delt with. And he had lots to clean up from the last guy that was in his position. I had to call him and track him down for information. Instead of inspecting the WHOLE car they inspected one thing at a time. They'd find some thing wrong, order parts, wait for parts, pull the old part off, find something else wrong, order parts, wait for parts, pull that off, find something else wrong, order,wait, and so on.... until they FINALLY FOUND THAT THE FRAME WAS BENT AFTER MONTHS.....THEN THEY TOTALED IT..... WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!

I was in a car accident. From the looks of my vehicle, it appeared to be totaled. I had to have it towed to Caliber. I mentioned to them that it may be a total loss and that would be the best option for me at the time. They told me that they would inspect it thoroughly. They had very poor communication with me. I had to call every week to get an update. I was told that the mechanic handling my car was on break, therefore he wasn't available to talk. After about a month, I asked for the number to their corporate office. Then magically, the mechanic was able to return my phone call. He then explained to me that my car had to be totaled due to the frame being damaged beyond repair. I asked why wasn't this diagnosed prior to them attempting to repair, repaint amongst other things and Matt got irate and started yelling over the phone. I then asked to speak with his manager and he gave a bland apology and said that he would speak to Matt about his behavior. It's difficult to not have a vehicle for over a month due to the negligence of this company and poor communication. I wished they could've properly diagnosed my vehicle from the start, that way I could have had a lot less stress and just bought a new car. I would not recommend due to my experience with them. Mis-diagnosing is one thing, but poor communication, plus poor attitude should be unacceptable, running a business.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job, restoring the damage to the front end of my vehicle because of a vehicle accident my vehicle looks brand new. The staff and everyone was very kind and kept me posted on the progress of the restoring of my vehicle and I got it back in a timely matter. All I have to say is they’re wonderful. I highly recommend them if you have any damage to your vehicle.
