Never received update calls, my visits are extremely dirty and they missed attaching correctly on passenger side I have to call back and set an appointment to take it back

I had to call after I was given the estimated date when it was supposed to be completed. The person on this would tell me he would call me back by 2 pm and I would have to call back at 330. This was on server almost phone calls.
