The time estimate was completely off. They said it would be done on February 5th but I picked it up on January 20th. I'm happy it was done sooner but I wish I would've had a more accurate timeline

The whole process from estimate to delivery was extremely professional and efficient. I was expecting at least 2 weeks to complete the job, but I got my truck back in 4 days. Excellent work and very good communications.

I would have a appreciated a phone call when they scheduled my pick up time. I received an email, and happened to check it right before my pick up time. I was able to make it all happen but I was under the impression that I would receive a phone call. It was a bit difficult to manage my day at the last minute considering the fact that I have young children I couldn't bring along.
