Great customer service, and the repairs made are pristine. Weird thing though, Car went in with a decent windshield, and when it came back it had a massive crack. don’t see how they would have busted it cause their work was down on the bumper and lights. It might’ve had a rock chip, it’s been hot.

Jared and Triston were highly communicative throughout the whole process. I never felt left in the dark. They were always reachable. My car looks great. Cherry on top - they washed my car too! She looks shiny and new from the outside.

The services was great. I got right in and my car was done before the scheduled date. The rear bend was damaged and I couldn’t even tell it was ever in a wreck. I would definitely choose them again. I loved the daily updates and fast friendly service.

The repair didn’t have a consistent body line and communication was not good. Several hours to return calls and no updates other that the text we are working on your vehicle

They did not make sure all the sensors are working correctly. I get a permanent collision sensor warning that was not there before they fixed my car.

Really great experience, the team had my front bumper restored within a few days. I will say I just hate using insurance on these things because it seems like whatever it takes to get it fixed will just be fixed without the owner of the vehicles knowledge and then you’re stuck with higher insurance because the original estimate was much lower. Still really recommend the caliber team!
