The app that’s supposed to notify you of the pickup date says to pick up the car after 5:30 when they’re actually closed at 5:30. The app notifications could use a looking into. Also, the end cost came out to be about twice as much as the original estimate. Another person’s insurance was paying for everything, but if it had been me paying for it, that would be very disheartening. James did have both of the headlights buffed when only one was needing attention so that was a nice of him.
