The whole process from estimate to delivery was extremely professional and efficient. I was expecting at least 2 weeks to complete the job, but I got my truck back in 4 days. Excellent work and very good communications.

I would have a appreciated a phone call when they scheduled my pick up time. I received an email, and happened to check it right before my pick up time. I was able to make it all happen but I was under the impression that I would receive a phone call. It was a bit difficult to manage my day at the last minute considering the fact that I have young children I couldn't bring along.

Great communication about repairs and delays due to parts being delivered. I also appreciated the quality control and that Caliber wasn't ready to hand my car over when they found a problem with my paint and also fixed some paneling issues that weren't lining up that I noticed. They took it back immediately and fixed it right then. I have been very impressed and would highly recommend them.

There is still glass fragments in our seats. I was cut today by a little piece of glass as I put my hand down to put some things into the car. Also, the new wipers that were put on my front windshield are not doing a good job of keeping the glass clear once I stray the cleaner.
