The initial communication from when I dropped my car off until pickup was good. I got a text everyday by the end of the working day giving me an update. I get the message to pick up my car and the chip guard on the flare that was being fixed bubbled up when it was being applied. I was told that they had ordered a new part and would let me know when it was in. I’ve heard nothing since I picked my car up. I’m disappointed that I haven’t gotten a “still waiting on the part” message. It’s like now that I’ve picked up my car and they’re not looking at it daily, I’ve been forgotten. I just want my car fixed properly.
