Overall great experience. I did have to return my car to Caliber twice for some work that was missed from the initial service repair. But each time I brought it in the staff were apologetic and more than willing to fix my car up with no additional charges. I appreciated their service and my car looks great!!!

I made a mistake in putting wrong sized screws into a new door that they installed and it busted the mechanism. Caliber’s staff really kindly repaired the mechanism for free after fixing my door previously. Caliber are very professional and helpful in their work. I absolutely would recommend them to everyone.

We have been so impressed with Caliber Collision. They made the process super easy which is so nice. They also got our car back to us sooner than the estimated time. They are all very friendly and make sure you’re taken care of while you’re car is gone. They communicate with you how your car is doing throughout the week(s) which is so nice. Meet you on a one on one with no interruption & ask if you have any questions or concerns regarding vehicle performance before & after service. Also keep you updated on repairs. Front lobby reception is friendly & everyone professional.

Caliber has the best people working for them. The receptionists are professional, extremely helpful, polite & kind. The service person assigned to my auto repairs, Brendan is professional, knowledgeable, truthful, helpful, polite & kind. Bad news, we have had to use your services twice in a month due to auto accidents; GOOD news Caliber was there to make our vehicles whole/like new again. Very pleasant experiences with 100% repair satisfaction.
