I really appreciated the communication during the process. I was always aware of what was being done on my truck and why. When the manufacturer parts were slow to be shipped, Caliber’s representatives would let me know and gave accurate estimates of time. I also had no clue how to handle renting a car but caliber really walked me through the process and got me on my way. Thank you!

It’s looks awesome! They even touched up a nearby piece of plastic that I had previously tried to repair. Only reason for the nine is that there was a little bit of scratched plastic inside the tailgate that they opted not to repair. It’s hardly visible and I believe fixing that would have totaled the vehicle so I’m still very happy.

Poor customer service interaction, rude staff! The ladies in the front are selective on whom they smile and greet. Also, Manny is unprofessional and does not know how to do his job. If it weren’t Spencer, I would give this place a 0.
