I really appreciated the updates throughout the process. The whole experience was very smooth. The rental car was there waiting. I was in and out quickly. My only feedback is that I had to request my estimate. It was not sent without me asking for it.

I am not sure why the mirror isn’t completely attached on the inside of the mirror. It was pointed out but not explained as to why it was that way. I didn’t say anything at the time cause the rest looks good. but the move I’ve thought about it I do have concerns about the inside hanging off now instead of the outside.

The repair took a long time, about 3 weeks. But the manager was not satisfied with the quality and had the repair team do it again. The manager rented a car for me when the repair took so long.

The geico integration part was convenient. The work done at first glance was I’m good but looking deeper it doesn’t seem like a ton of attention was paid to detail and the job took much longer than anticipated.

The bumper looks fine. The drivers side where the bumper meets the panel looks like it’s been in a wreck, which it has. The rubber seal around the lift gate was removed and instead of being replaced and sealed it was set back in the channel and it is all kinds of crooked. I’m trying to straighten it out still.
