The entire staff was friendly, helpful and concerned about my needs. My contact advisor, Manny, was great about communicating the repair status without my having to call him myself. He worked around my schedule and accommodated a vacation trip I had to make. The repair goal date for completion was met. The car looks great and I appreciate the detailing to make it look like new. I also like the 100% warranty on the work.

I am very pleased with the repair work done by Caliber Collision. There is still a minor electrical problembut they are working with me to resolveit. In addition to the repairs , I am very happy with all the staff. From the receptionists to the detailers and especially my Service Advisor, Manny Pascoal was the best. They have all been friendly, concerned about my needs and professional. Manny, in particular was great.

Very impressed with how smooth everything went. Having the rental car there when I dropped off my car, the texts throughout the week for updates and then being able to just pick up my car and drop off the rental car at the same place......I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My bumper looks brand new too! Thank you
