I was extremely pleased the first time around I came to pick up my car. I was taken out to look over my car and made sure my concern would be dealt with. The second time I came to pick up my car after taking time out of my schedule the first time, I was treated totally different, I was thrust the keys and said here ya go. Not even a thank you for letting us fix our mistake. It was if I was a burden to have asked to get the situation looked at and fixed. I was extremely disappointed
