I’m a 77 year-old widow with a little dementia, bringing my car to you all by myself, because I backed into a rock which knocked out my sensors for my side mirrors. The technician that I lucked-out getting from your company was Austin, and he was phenomenal! He explained every single thing that was going to be done along the way, helped me get a rental car, and called me a couple of times at home just to assure me that they were getting things done on time. He told me he hadn’t been in the business very long, but you would not know that by the service and the knowledge that he displayed every time I asked him a question. I thought he knew that I needed a little extra help and so he treated me with extra care?—- I don’t think so, I watched him with other people as well and he was just as kind and helpful. He told me he’d try to get the car worked on right away and I’d get it in just a few days. I can’t remember how many days he told me, but he lived up to his word! Then when I was returning the rental car to you to pick up my finished car, on the way there, I got lost and couldn’t find your business. I stopped, and I called your shop and Juan answered your business phone. I told him who I was, and HE even remembered me!!! He said I wasn’t too far away and stayed on the phone with me until I got to your shop! Needless to say, after seeing my car washed and clean so well; AND the bumper and the sensor and the side panel looking so great, and the amazing customer service I had from your employees, I was hooked!! I would recommend that everyone get their car fixed with you! Thank you, thank you for your kindness, your excellent service, and your fantastic work! Raynee B I know this is flowery and a bit over the top, but the experience that I had was so friendly, kind, and caring, not to mention my car looks like nothing has happened to it – the work you did was amazing. Bottom line, the work was beautiful and you can’t even tell that I hit a rock! And that customer service I got was exceptional.
