The front desk lady was great... Stacy I think she said, but I'm not sure how that's like a gas station like she mentioned tho. She was very helpful and friendly. She helped us coordinate scheduling and the rental car process. She had snacks and candy for us while we waited. We got there a little before 10am and she even made us fresh popcorn while we were there! Their team answered all our questions and helped us move forward when the insurance company basically left us to figure things out on our own

From receptionist explaining the process and dealing with the insurance company, to the adjuster walking around the vehicle with me and taking multiple pictures from different angles, to the shop tech keeping me informed through the process and delivering a great finished/repaired car.
