I was so pleased when I went to pick up our Caravan--after being side swiped in a parking lot. It looked like it came out of a showroom. The staff was so helpful & accommodating. This was my first type of "not my fault" accident with me not in the parked car. So It was definitely a learning curve & good experience for me to contact the opposing party's Insurance Co. call Caliber Collision, call a Rental Car Agency et. My husband was proud of me.
