It was a very positive experience after a very negative experience of having our only vehicle damaged. When I talked to my insurance man, he recommended you folks. When I called my mechanic, he recommended you folks. When I called a friend, he recommended you folks. I will recommend you folks too with the the same statement they made. "When they are done your car is better than brand new!" Thank you all for the job you folks did on our car and how well you took care of us with everything, even the rental car. Thank you, thank you!

We came in thinking we were going to set up a date and time to have the repair done. However, we were told that you were ready to take the car to repair it. The next thing we knew the gentleman from Enterprise Car Rental appeared with a car for us to drive while ours was being repaired. So off we went and you took our car to repair. You kept us advised of your progress and gave us a date when you thought the carvwould be completed. It took an additional day, because of an outside vendor, but all was done, both body work and electronics. When we came in to get our completed car you went over what was done. It looked as good as new. Then, after the paper work was complete, you told us you would take car of the rental car with Enterprise. We just got in our car and drove home. You folks are wonderful and we are telling all our friends what a great job you folks do. Thank you, again.
