I made my appointment on Tuesday was able to get in on Wednesday and my Venza Hybird was done on Friday. My driver side doors had to be replaced. I am very happy with the service. Fantastic job Caliber Collison in Annapolis-Defense Hwy.

Tom made navigating the unpleasant situation of a “dent and dash” car repair a super amazing experience. Rude driver banged my car and left the scene of the crime so not very a lol. Tom kept me informed diligently through the process. Everyone in the office was super considerate and polite and conscientious about my needs. The work is beautiful as many people have commented about it. I can go on and on saying fabulous things, however you should be able to tell that I am a fan.

When I picked up the car, I knew that I was correct. By the way, I paid for the repair out of my pocket. It was not an insurance financed job. Tommy kept me informed and answered all my questions.
