Tommy was the man who received me , guided me, patiently explained me the entire process. He continuously keep on updating me about my cars status. It’s located in very pleasant place with pleasant people around. No fooling around just genuine work and money. Tommy thanks for your help and definitely the engineer who repaired my car with paint job. Appreciate your help. It’s far far better than the liberty mutual insurance agent who contacted me and was leading the claim.

It was really good experience and Tommy always guided as needed. They sought out insurance part and coordination as well. The job was well done and car looks back to original it was. This job was completed more quickly than I expected, the repairs were done so well, you couldn't tell there had ever been damage. I was scheduled within a couple of days after my accident. There was frequent communication from the shop to me as to where in the process they were. The staff was friendly. This is the second time I have used Caliber Collision and have been happy with the repairs both times.

Your customer service ruins the whole experience. The quality of work seems great and Tammy was great. Outside of that , i would never return or recommend esp the way i was treated by Juliet , Kisha and Katie. Customer service goes a long way, esp when this was a 10k repair and i chose your shop based on great reviews ( instead of a closer shop to my home ) lesson learned .
