Original estimate of 7-10 days in the shop turned into 4 week (Oct 13-Nov 7). One extension went from 1 day to 6 days without a clear explanation as to why the delay other than failing a quality assurance inspection. My rental car expenses significantly increased as a result of these delays. I do note that Derrick texted frequently but did not provide a detailed explanation for the delays.

Everyone at Caliber in Annapolis was once again great to work with from Katie with her friendly smile, to Jenn who was knowledgeable & very nice to Derrick who reassured me that the repair would be done correctly. Also Will who came out to my car to change the time & show me how to make cruise control work in my 2025 car
