My car was repaired here through an insurance claim after an accident. I appreciate that the work was completed in a timely manner. However, I did notice a dent behind the right side of the number plate and the bumper does not look symmetrical on both sides. These concerns were not present before the accident, and I would like to have the vehicle looked at again so the bumper can be properly aligned and the dent addressed.

My experience with your shop was great overall. Derrick was very professional and kept me well informed throughout the process. My only complaint is that it appeared as though someone had rifled through my center console. Everything had been tossed around and as far as I can tell there is about $5 in change missing. Not a big deal, but I thought you should know about it.

I want to give you a 10 for this because I feel like you did a good job with the repairs. However, I feel extremely dissatisfied with how dirty the interior was and the manner in which my belongings were rifled through and strewn about.
