I am impressed with the thoroughness of the repair. I feel confident that all of the suspension items were properly taken care of and that the car is safe. I am also impressed with the quality and frequency of updates from Nicole and the efforts made to keep the cost down!

The experience with Caliber was outstanding. I was thinking of handling the damage without resorting to my insurance company, but after thinking it over , I called my insurance and followed their advice, for which I am very grateful. The repairs were completed on schedule and were completely satisfactory. I owe my insurance company a vote of thanks for leading me to Caliber.
