The staff was gracious and informative and accommodating. They explained everything to the letter and asked me questions and the wok they did was top notch. The repairs were beautiful. High quality work.

The repairs were completed but the process is terrible! No I would not suggest this shop unless the person is willing to ride the staff to get thorough answers and keep themselves informed on the progress. I have already told all my neighbors to avoid this shop and may be writing a google review about my experience. This is not a shop that deserves the 4.7 start rating it has on Google!

Ultimately the damaged grill was replaced, but one side squeaks while the other doesn't. When the noise was brought to their attention, they said all grills have some play, but to bring it back if we aren't happy.

Though all staff was nice and kind in person, the communication was none existent! I was the only person that ever reached out until the last day of repair. There was no discussion of actual timelines, the estimate process is COMPLETELY useless and an utter waste of time! I genuinely hated the experience with this repair. The tip of the issues is exemplified by the automated system sent me a text 3 days after I picked up the car. The text thanked me for bringing the car in for service and that they would be in touch to update me on the repairs... Really 3 days picking up the car from the repair the system kicks off the prompt system?!?! The estimate, repair and expectations are not in line with good service.
