I dont think the technicians actually looked for any other damage. The window still doesn't work and the muffler is still loud. Both of which I mentioned had been working before i hit the mound of ice. The door is repaired; however, it took almost 5 days to realize the part they ordered jad been previously repaired and had to order another one.

I went to pick up my vehicle on 2/27/2026 and the repairs where not completed to legal standards and went un-noticed by Caliber Collison. There were zero verifications performed for completion of the repairs. I let my vehicle there with the confirmation that repairs would be completed on Monday, 3/2/2026 within a 45 minutes timeframe. Today is Tuesday, 3/3/2026 and the repairs remain incomplete and I still do not have my vehicle. Due to the signing of the documents on 2/27/2026, Caliber Collision canceled the rental with Enterprise effected 3/2/2026, unknown to me until Enterprised contacted me on 3/2/3026 after 6 pm. Jenn from Caliber stated that she would have the rental agreement re-instated but that never took place. I am furious.

The information shared by the repair shop's personnel was null and void. The repairs were not completed upon my arrival after being notified that the repairs were completed and for me to pick up my vehicle, the rental agreement was not updated after Jenn stated that it would be reinstated, and finally, the completed repairs were supposed to be finished on 3/2/2026 and that did not happen. If I could give a zero, I would have. I reached out to Caliber Collison's headquarters and the results will be a returned call from the regional manager, at some point or not. Caliber Collison's service is unacceptable.
