Excellent customer service overall. Gal at the front desk was helpful. Evan was very thorough with explaining everything and the estimated day that my car would be fixed. Not to mention frequent updates were on point as he mentioned. I would definitely recommend Calibur collision. They even washed my car before I picked it up.Truly a blessing in disguise. Communication could have been better throughout this experience. My seat had a small rip that was hardly noticeable. The Rip is bigger now . Otherwise the repairs look great and I’m satisfied with the results.
