I had to go back to get the window seal reseated because half of it was under the trim. I also had to have the trunk seal reseated because the bumper was not placed correctly which trap the seal under the bumper causing the need to put body weight on the trunk in order to close. After both seals were reinstalled correctly, everything worked.
